Q: What does upcycling mean?

A: We're glad you asked!  Upcycling takes unused food and turns it into nutritious products.  This provides more income to farmers, saves resources, and is better for the environment.

Q: Are your treats All-Natural and Grain-Free?

A: YES! and YES!  We feed these to our four-legged friends and, like you, wouldn't accept anything less. This means we're gluten, corn, soy and wheat free.

Q: My dog LOVES these. How many treats can I give to my dog in a day?

A: As a general rule treats should not make up more than 10% of your dogs daily calorie intake.

Q: Are these treats for all breeds and sizes?

A: YES! and YES!  All dogs are welcome to feast on Shameless Pets treats!

Q: What does "boosted with superfoods" mean?

A: Each flavor of treat includes ingredients that support your dogs health.  

  • Break an Egg - contains calcium from the egg, broccoli, and cheese that supports bone health
  • Applenoon Delight - contains turmeric which fights inflammation
  • Blue Berried Treasure - contains collagen which is good for joint health
  • Pumpkin Partay - contains pumpkin which is recommended for digestive health in pets
  • Lobster Roll Over - contains kelp (seaweed) for a soft coat and skin

Q: Are any of your products vegan?

A: Yes, both our Blueberried Treasure and Applenoon Delight are vegan. If you have other nutrition or diet questions just drop us a line and we’ll make sure to get you an answer.

Q: My dog is a picky eater. What flavors do you recommend?

A: We’ve done our best to make every treat delicious. It’s hard to pick just one!  If your pup isn’t a fan of a flavor just let us know and we’ll refund your purchase. 

Q: Do your products contain any allergens?

A: Please check the product listing for each flavor.  There is a complete ingredient disclosure.  Please note that the glycerin we use in our soft-naked treats is derived from coconut.

Q: Is the glycerin used in the soft-baked treats plant-based?

A: Yes!  The glycerin we use is derived from coconut.  Glycerin is a food safe ingredient that helps keep our soft-baked treats, soft.  Please note, if your pet has an allergy to coconut we recommend that you avoid the soft-baked treats.

 

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

A: The USA — where our products are also made!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Free shipping over $15 and Pick Your Pack over $10.50. Anything under those two will be a flat rate shipping of $3.50

Q: How long will it take until my pet's treats arrive?

A: We ship out all orders within one to two business days.  Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 days after shipping.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes!  Once you order your treats you should receive an email with the tracking information.  If you didn't receiving this information, or perhaps your dog ate it, drop us an email and we'll help you track it down.

Q: What if my dog doesn’t like the treats? Can I get a refund?

A: You can’t please all of the dogs all of the time. If your dog doesn’t love our treats, we’ll issue you a full refund. All you have to do is contact us within 30 days from the date of your first purchase and we will refund you for the full amount of the purchase. 

We would be happy to exchange it for another flavor you think your pup will like more.

 

Pick Your Pack

How does it work?

It’s exactly as it sounds- you pick any treats, choose your delivery frequency, and let the treats come to you.

 

How do I start?

To start picking your pack, just head to the page that says Pick Your Pack. Go one by one, and add whichever treats you’d like, and customize when you want them delivered (these can differ per product, so if you want A Cluck A Day every 2 weeks, and Bananas for Bacon every 4 weeks, we’ve got you).

 

How often do my treats come?

Our options are 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks.

 

Can I add treats, or skip an order? 

Yep! You’ll have full access to manage your account by logging in to your account on our website, and then clicking “Manage Subscription” on the right hand side, under your name.

 

From there, you can toss in extra treats, cancel certain treats, update personal info like address and credit card, and even cancel your subscription if you decide it’s not for you (though we’ll miss you).

 

What happened to your old Seasonal Savor Club subscription?

We wanted to give our loyal customers more flexibility and customization options! We know each pup has different diets, allergies, and taste buds, and we wanted to offer a model that catered to their needs (yes, we love our pups THAT much, and we’re okay with showing it).

 

And just to make sure, I can pick any treats? And get 25% off and free shipping?

Yes! Just make sure you meet our minimum of $10.50 (or two soft-baked biscuits) for every delivery cadence, to get free shipping. If you only subscribe to one treat, you’ll still get 25% off, but you’ll be charged a flat rate shipping of $3.50.

 

What qualifies for free shipping? 

Free shipping is available to all orders over $10.50 for each delivery cadence.

What this means- if you decide to order two soft baked biscuits, like Blueberried Treasure and Applenoon Delight, but have Blueberried Treasure delivered every 2 weeks, and the Applenoon Delight delivered every 4 weeks, we’ll charge you shipping every 2 weeks you receive JUST the Blueberried Treasure (since it’s processing as a new order, with a total of $5.25, which is less than our minimum for free shipping).
