A: YES! We feed these to our four-legged friends and, like you, wouldn't accept anything less.
Q: My dog & cat LOVE these. How many treats can I give to them in a day?
A: As a general rule, treats should not make up more than 10% of your pet's daily calorie intake. Please check the back of each bag to see a recommendation based on your pet's wei

A: YES! and YES! All pets are welcome to feast on Shameless Pets treats!
Q: What does "boosted with superfoods" mean?
A: Each flavor of treat includes ingredients that support your dogs health.
Q: Are any of your products vegan?
A: Yes, we have both vegan and vegetarian options. Blueberried Treasure (biscuit), Applenoon Delight (biscuit), and The Tooth Berry (dental stick), and Break an Egg (vegetarian biscuit). If you have other nutrition or diet questions just drop us a line and we’ll make sure to get you an answer.
Q: My dog is a picky eater. What flavors do you recommend?
A: We’ve done our best to make every treat delicious. It’s hard to pick just one! If your pup isn’t a fan of a flavor just let us know and we’ll send you a new product to try.
Q: Do your products contain any allergens?
A: Please check the product listing for each flavor. There is a complete ingredient disclosure.

Q: Is the glycerin used in the soft-baked treats plant-based?
A: Yes! The glycerin we use is derived from tree nuts. Glycerin is a food safe ingredient that helps keep our soft-baked treats, soft.
Q: Do your products need to be refrigerated?
A: Nope! Products are shelf stable before and after opening.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: The USA — where our products are also made!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free shipping over $50 and Subscribe & Save orders over $10.50 (US only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Otherwise, shipping is a $5.99 flat rate.
Q: How long will it take until my pet's treats arrive?
A: We ship out all orders within 2-4 business days. Within the United States, your package will arrive 4-9 days after shipping.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once you order your treats you should receive an email with the tracking information. If you didn't receiving this information, or perhaps your dog ate it, drop us an email and we'll help you track it down.
Q: Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours or less upon being placed. Given that, we are likely unable to make changes to your order, cancel your order, or update a shipping address once it's been placed.
If an order is processed before we are able to make changes per your request, the order will be treated as a return. See "return, refunds, & exchanges" below.

Pick any treats, choose your delivery frequency, and let the treats come to you.
Q: How do I start?
To start, just head to the page that says Subscribe & Save. Go one by one, and add whichever treats you’d like, and customize how frequently you want them delivered.
Q: How often do my treats come?
Our options are 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks.
Q: Can I add treats, or skip an order?
Yep! You’ll have full access to manage your account by logging in to your account on our website (person-looking icon in top right of home page). You can log into your account and from there, you can toss in extra treats, cancel certain treats, update personal info like address and credit card, and even cancel your subscription if you decide it’s not for you (though we’ll miss you).
Q: And just to make sure, I can pick any treats? And get a discount and free shipping?
Yes! Just make sure you meet our minimum of $10.50 for every delivery cadence, to get free shipping. If you only subscribe to one treat, you’ll still get the product discount, but you’ll be charged for shipping.
What this means- if you decide to order two soft baked biscuits, like Blueberried Treasure and Applenoon Delight, but have Blueberried Treasure delivered every 2 weeks, and the Applenoon Delight delivered every 4 weeks, we’ll charge you shipping every 2 weeks you receive JUST the Blueberried Treasure (since it’s processing as a new order, with a total of $5.25, which is less than our minimum for free shipping).
Q: Am I able to use a discount code on my subscription orders?
Given the benefit of every subscription order is already discounted with free shipping, we are unable to add an additional discount from a discount code.
Returns, Refund, and Exchanges
Q: What happens if my pet doesn't like the product?
We guarantee that your pet will love our product, but if not, please send us an email and we will ship you a new product to try or provide a refund. The cost of shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Q: What is the return process?
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Q: Can I exchange an item for something else?
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You are able to place a new order at any time.
