Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We guarantee that your pet will love our product, but if not, please send us an email and we are happy to offer you a different product to try as a one time courtesy (proof of purchase may be requested!). 


Once an order is placed, it is unlikely we are able to make changes to that order as it generally processes and ships out within 24 hours. Please email to review options. 


We are only able to accept returns for orders placed on our website. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging. The cost of shipping, if applicable on the initial order, will not be reimbursed.

To return an item, please email us at The customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Once an order is placed on our website, it is unlikely we are able to cancel or make changes as they are processed rather quickly. Once processed, the order will be treated as a return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 


We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You are able to place a new order at any time.
