Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We guarantee that your pet will love our product, but if not, please send us an email and we will ship you a new product to try or provide a refund. The cost of shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at The customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 


We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You are able to place a new order at any time.
